Community moderation rules are crucial for fostering a positive and respectful environment. They ensure informative, supportive, and constructive discussions while minimizing disruptive behavior. These rules help ensure members can share experiences, insights, and support while upholding high ethical and professional standards. Our moderation team will consistently enforce the following rules.

    1. Respect, courtesy, and professionalism: Refrain from using offensive language, discriminating or harassing others, or making personal attacks. Focus discussions on ideas rather than individuals or groups. Constructive criticism is encouraged, but should be delivered in a respectful and supportive manner. When expressing differing viewpoints, provide evidence and reasoning to support your arguments. Emphasize proposing solutions rather than simply complaining. Remember to be vigilant — you represent the movement against medical tyranny and, as such, your posts and comments may become news.
    2. Privacy, confidentiality, and medical advice: Do not share community members’ personal information or confidential medical details without explicit consent. While we encourage sharing general medical information, experiences, and resources, avoid providing personalized medical advice or diagnoses. We remind all community members to always seek out a trained healthcare provider before initiating any treatment plan or making healthcare decisions.
    3. No self-promotion or spam: Do not use the community for self-promotion, advertising, or spamming. This includes promoting products, services, or websites that do not contribute value to the discussion. Ensure that all discussions are relevant to healthcare, wellness, or related topics; off-topic discussions can be disruptive and may be subject to removal by moderators.
    4. Evidence-based information: When sharing medical information or advice, aim to support your statements with credible, research-based sources, well-established medical knowledge, or relevant personal experiences. This commitment to evidence-based information ensures the content shared is reliable and accurate, fostering a community where members can trust the information provided. Encourage others to engage in discussions grounded in evidence, promoting a culture where members value the accuracy and credibility of the information exchanged.
    5. Moderator decisions and rules violations: Posts may be moderated for various reasons, including: ad hominem attacks, illegality, dissemination of false information, copyright violations, abusive content, invasion of personal privacy, hijacking of threads, excessive or irrelevant posts, disregard for corrective feedback, inappropriate language or promotion of intolerance, and the posting of spam or unsolicited commercial advertisements. If a post is edited or removed, or if a member is warned or banned, understand that these actions are taken to uphold community standards. Respect and adhere to the moderator’s decision. If you encounter a post or member violating community rules, report it to a moderator instead of confronting the member. Be aware that any rule violations may result in a warning, temporary suspension, or permanent removal — at the moderator’s discretion.
